Overview

Creating a new mold is often considered the most resource-intensive phase of a project, especially for intricate parts with micro features. Janman’s nimble culture and integrated in-house capabilities have streamlined this process. We provide clear communication and we hit our fast lead times. We build molds to run production at Janman as well as turn-key molds to ship to our injection molding customers.

   

   

Quote & Design

         ‧ Mold Flow Simulations (Moldex3D Computer Aided Engineering)
         ‧ In-house design team with vast experience in small-part molding
         ‧ Design for Manufacturing, part design & parting line optimization, surface finishes (Mold-Tech, SPI
           polish, EDM-VDI, etc.)
         ‧ Easy-maintenance design: Standard parts (DME, Misumi), split inserts at high-wear areas.

Build

         ‧ Expediting for prototype tools available
         ‧ 1-4 cavity molds typically built and groomed to fully in-spec in 5-6 weeks, further expediting available. 
         ‧ 4-16 cavity molds typically built and groomed to fully in-spec in 9-10 weeks, further expediting
           available.

Sampling & Qualification
